Wayne Ormond

Wayne served for 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, where he retired as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director of the Joint Staff for the Utah National Guard. Wayne started his military career in aircraft maintenance and served overseas multiple times to support the Bosnian and Kosovo conflicts, along with the no-fly zone in Northern Iraq.

His career also provided opportunity to serve in recruiting on a joint Army/Air Force staff as a senior liaison to the state of Utah for domestic response and as a senior enlisted liaison for partner forces training to the Moroccan military.

After his retirement in February of 2019, Wayne transitioned directly to Workday as a Business Analyst and in 2021 he began managing Workday’s Military and Veteran Programs.
