Aashna Kircher

Aashna Kircher is the Group General Manager, Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer at Workday. She is responsible for the overall strategy and performance of the Talent Product suite, which includes Journeys, Learning, Onboarding, Peakon, Recruiting, and Talent. She joined Workday in 2014 and has spent the last ten years in numerous roles building enterprise products for some of the world’s largest companies. Aashna has a deep passion for growing teams and delivering meaningful and enduring product experiences.Aashna holds an MBA at Harvard University and a BS in Psychology from Duke University. Prior to Workday, she spent time in educational consulting. She currently lives in the Bay area with her husband and two children, but is originally from the DC metro area.
